Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, It will ship within 3-5 business days not including weekends/ holidays. After your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days on standard shipping and international shipping 7-20 business days (not including holidays and weekends). Orders cannot be modified after checkout is complete. Please check address before completing  transaction.

As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.

Billing address must match the address on file with card holder. Unfortunately we are unable to adjust billing address after order is placed. 

***Lost or Stolen Packages***

Black Hair Stories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered in you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
