• Capture your hair journey: take before and after photos, spaced 3 months apart, to see visible results.
• Apply to your scalp up to 3 times per week, focusing on areas where growth and nourishment are desired.
• For an indulgent treatment, massage onto split ends, cover with a shower cap for 15 minutes, then shampoo and condition as usual.
